I stayed for three nights and truly appreciated being close to the stunning Bronx Zoo, where I spent a delightful day walking around, and just a short distance from the beautiful New York Botanical Garden, which offered a peaceful view during my stroll. the convenience of this area made my outings so much easier as a solo traveler.

I appreciated the clean and comfortable room, complemented by the pleasant scent throughout the hotel. The staff were attentive and made me feel welcomed, ensuring a smooth check-in process. All of this made my stay enjoyable.

The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was friendly and responsive to requests, which was great. However, the room had a strange smell, possibly due to previous guests. The amenities needed some updates, but overall, the experience was decent enough for a short visit.

The shower impressed me the most—great water pressure and very spacious. Loved how quiet it was despite being near a busy area. The decor felt modern and stylish, with lots of mirrors that added a unique touch. The TV was a good size and offered a variety of channels to choose from. However, I faced multiple cleanliness issues. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. there was hair in the sink and on the floor when I checked in. The sheets had a small hole, and I found someone else's perfume left behind. Not having enough charging stations and power outlets was frustrating too. Plus, the power outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, and there were no shelves in the shower or towel holders. The key card kept malfunctioning every time I left the room, which was a hassle. It felt a little sketchy outside as well. In the end, I liked the aesthetic vibe but the lack of basic amenities really took away from the stay.

Just a balanced option for a concise stay in New York with good value considering price it charged. The staff were quick to address my concerns when I pointed out the noise levels. Try to bring earplugs if sensitive to loud sounds at night.
